Week 5 - So far, not so good

So I am on week 5 of my pregnancy and have already gained 3 lbs since my weigh in on Saturday.  I have been eating pretty healthy, but I am down to almost no exercise.  I’m sure that is to blame for the gain even though I am bloated as hell and my boobs feel like 2 bowling balls attached to my chest. 

 I did get up early to help my fiance with the work (he’s been letting me take most of the day off everyday) and walked two dogs for 30 minutes each, so I got my goal of an hour in today, I’ll just have to keep that up.  If I feel up to it, I’ll probably take our dog for a nice walk tonight when it cools off some.

    I have heard that walking is really good for you….so keep it up!

    Walking is by far the best exercise, especially being pregnant!!!

    I remember those pregnant days…even though it was like centuries ago…LOL!!

    Walking is so good for you. But so is rest. Find good balance and enjoy this time. Congrats on your pregnancy!

    i walked at lunch everyday while i was pregnant and ate so well. if only i had kept that up after my son was born!! just do what your body tells you it needs :)

    Hi! honey! I love walking it is so invigorating enjoying all of nature. Pregnancy is such a wonderful time make the most of it of course you already know that. Luv Ya! sista!
