Did pretty well today
Got up early today thanks to all my buddies and fellow BS that commented on my last blog :) The advice you gave was great and I thought about your comments as I was pushing snooze. Yes, I did push it today, but only once.
I was out of the house by 6:30 for my first appointment and finished by 7. I took my dog with me so as soon as I pulled into the driveway, we could hop out and begin our walk. Did 2.5 miles and then headed back so I could get to Curves.
I got bored this afternoon and went for a bike ride. I rode the route that I walked this morning so I could see how many miles it was with my odometer. So I did 2.5 miles. I wanted to do more, but my asthma was really bothering me. It’s been a long time since I rode and my lungs are out of shape.
Did another 3.6 miles with the dog after dinner. She has been so neglected lately, I’m hoping this will help both of us.
I am in my 3rd week of the Curves/Avon Fitness Study and I’m feeling frusterated. The program is only 4 weeks long and I have not lost any weight and my clothes do not fit any better. This is mainly because I have not been doing well on my diet. They don’t tell you to eat certain things, but they do recommend a healthy diet to see maximum results. My final session/weigh in/measurements will be on the 6th and I am worried that I will have zero change and be humiliated. I wanted to really impress them. So, I am on a mission for the next week 1/2 to stay focused.
Congrats on all the work you did today!
With all that effort, you should be dropping the pounds in no time.
Wow! You did awesome with your exercise
Keep up the good work.
For food - I eat 6 small portions a day…breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. It works for me. My calorie in take is around 1400 to 1600. Maybe you can try that.
Great job! You are winner regardless of what that foolish scale says. Your exercise routine alone is very impressive and your results are only a walk away!
you’re doing fantastic with the exercise! really, i’m inspired. if you get serious about dieting too, you’re gonna see some major losses. keep up the good work!
You were such an inspiration to me today. I always exercise in the morning and in the evening I always tell myself that if I would just walk while watching my favorite show I would drop some weight. Thank you for working so hard you helped me get off my butt! Keep up the hard work!
What a fun job to get to walk dogs. I love dogs and I don’t mind walking if I have someone to talk to and dogs work just as well as humans for that! LOL
I think you will do fine. Even if you don’t lose a lot, I think you will be fitter and finer than before and that’s no easy thing to accomplish!
