Curves/Avon Fitness Study?

Has anyone signed up for this?  I am doing my evaluation on Monday.  I haven’t used Curves before, but have always thought about trying.  I need something to hold me accountable, and signing up may help.

I would like some feedback on Curves and your progress if any of you are members there.

Thanks!

Where did you hear about this? And where can we sign up? Do we have to buy a gym membership or something?

Lissa, you can check it out at curves.com. It is right there on the HOME page.

Basically, its a 30 day study and you are required to workout at Curves 3 times a week for 4 weeks. They give you a before and after assessment and you get full Curves benefits for that month plus free online support. It costs $30

i used to have a membership at curves, and i really liked it. it’s fun there. i would still, except i just can’t really afford it, and i tell myself you know i could burn calories for free at home… but there is definitely something to going somewhere with the purpose of working out. it’s a lot harder to get distracted or say, maybe later, when your at a gym, than when you’re in your house. anyway, as long as it’s in your budget, i’d totally give it a shot!

I just signed up for the fitness study today and I can’t wait to lose the extra 20 pounds that keep following me around, it’s close to my house and they open at 7 a.m. so I have no excuse of being to tired after work to go. For the price and the workout equiptment why not give it a try?
