Anyone on Alli?
I’m sure this subject has been brought up before, but I was wondering if anyone has any feedback on Alli. I was thinking about trying it, but I wanted to see if anyone on it had any comments about it first.
The main things I am wanting to know are:
- Do they give you energy?
- Do they supress your appetite?
- How many grams of fat is too many?
- Any weird side effects? (besides the obvious)
Any feedback would be appreciated! Thanks Buddies!
I have never taken Alli (I have kept my weight loss completely natural), but I think that it’s great that you are looking to get information before beginning a weight loss supplement. I did some research myself, and Alli is a very expensive pill that really doesn’t provide many results beyond what will be lost through diet and exercise alone. The research on the drug expects that it really only works in the very obese, and even the weight loss for those individuals is minimal beyond what would be expected through healthy diet and exercise alone. In addition, any weight lost using Alli is expected to be regained as soon as you quit taking the drug. Really, you can achieve the same results (and save alot of money!) by utilizing a calorie controlled, low fat diet. Alli stops the bodies absorption of some fat, but does not work as an appetite suppressant (unless you count the fear of side effects stopping you from binging!). Good luck with whatever route you choose.

There is a guy who did Alli…his name is Sharky…I think he posted a bunch of blogs on it. Good luck!
Hey just woundering if you are still on Alli and if you are how it is going for you?
