I’m having withdrawals

Well, I just started a low carb diet on Sunday and am already having carb withdrawals!  Thats all I can think about!!  I swear I would kill for a slice of pizza right now.  I have been chewing gum and trying to stay busy and I haven’t given in yet, and I don’t plan on it either.  I am allowing myself one small Reese cup a day, as that will only add 4.5 extra carbs to my diet.  I am down 2 lbs already, so hopefully this will be worth it!

Exercise is going well, I got 125 minutes of cardio in today (I walk dogs all day) and I plan on getting another hour in this evening without any dilly dallying dogs.

    Come on, you are doing great! Have a wonderful evening and enjoy non-dog walking. Carbs would be the hardest thing in the world for me to give up. Good luck, Marge

    Good luck with the carb cravings. Maybe the more you resist it the easier it can get. And already down two pounds sounds great! Keep it up!
